Coding Rules

Model codes use HCSP-SizeMaterialPlating-Packaging format. Size represents Length × Width × Thickness (mm). All integers: concatenate directly (15×3×10 → 15310). Any dimension has decimals: multiply each by 10, round, pad each to 2 digits, then concatenate (10×1.3×2 → 100+13+20 → 1001320).

Thickness determines electrical performance and thermal capacity after stamping; default thickness is the third segment in size code.

Packaging quantity is customizable; codes remain BK / TR regardless of quantity.
Version suffix (e.g., "-A") or special process suffix may be appended to match drawing versions.

SMD Nut part numbers use HCSMT-{K/M}{hole}-D{diameter}-L{height}-{material}{plating}{packaging} format. Decimal points are removed from diameter/height (e.g., 6.5→65, 11.0→110). Hole size uses ×10 coding (e.g., 4.0→40).
