Coding Rules

Model codes use HCSP-SizeMaterialPlating-Packaging format. Size represents Length × Width × Thickness (mm). All integers: concatenate directly (15×3×10 → 15310). Any dimension has decimals: multiply each by 10, round, then concatenate (10×1.3×2 → 1001320).

Packaging Code Code Description
BK Bulk bag (default 10,000 pcs/bag)
TR Tape & Reel (default 2,000 pcs/reel)
Thickness determines electrical performance and thermal capacity after stamping; default thickness is the third segment in size code.
Default plating is Nickel (N). If other plating thickness is needed, specify μm requirements in the order.
Packaging quantity is customizable; codes remain BK / TR regardless of quantity.
Version suffix (e.g., "-A") or special process suffix may be appended to match drawing versions.
